คณะเทคนิคการแพทย์ มีบริการวิชาการที่ครอบคลุมทั้งทางด้านการตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางการแพทย์ซึ่งได้รับการรับรองตามมาตรฐาน ISO 15189 และการทดสอบด้านอื่น ๆ ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างการขอรับรองตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 17025 รวมถึงการเป็นผู้จัดโปรแกรมทดสอบความชำนาญห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 17043 และการจัดตั้งโรงงานต้นแบบเพื่อการผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายชุดทดสอบทางการแพทย์ และสุขภาพ ดังนี้
