On September 2, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Chotiros Plabplueng (Dean of the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University), along with Associate Professor Dr.Tanawut Tantimongcolwat (Deputy Dean), Assistant Professor Dr. Waraporn Chan-On (Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs), Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Wanotayan (Assistant Dean for International Relations and Corporate Communication) and Assistant Professor Dr. Theerawut Chanmee (Program Director of Bachelor program in Medical Technology) warmly welcomed executives and delegates from University of Santo Tomas (UST) General Santos, Philippines led by Rev. Fr. Edmund C. Nantes (Assoc. Vice-Rector for Administration and Finance), Prof. Edilberto P. Manahan (Assoc. Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs) and Dir. Oliver Shane R. Dumaoal (Director – School of Health Sciences, Chairman Dept. of Medical Technology).

This visit aims to facilitate a benchmarking study and discussions on academic and research collaboration as well as student exchange program. This collaboration represents another important step in strengthening academic excellence, research, and international exchange with the aim of advancing regional health development in the future. The collaborative discussion took place at Meeting Room 902, 9th Floor, at the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
