On April 10, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Chotiros Plabplueng, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University, along with executives and faculty members from the Department of Radiological Technology, warmly welcomed Prof. Michael L. Tee, Chancellor of the University of the Philippines (UP) Manila, Prof.Johanna Patricia Canal, Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance, Prof. Mia Rotor, Dean of the College of Allied Medical Professions, Prof. Marie Josephine De Luna, Department Chair of Physical Sciences and Mathematics, College of Arts and Sciences and Dr.Joseph Causaphin, Chief Resident, Radiation Oncology Division, Philippine General Hospital.
The visit aimed to facilitate a benchmarking study and discussions on academic collaboration, as well as to tour the radiological technology laboratories used for teaching and learning. The insights gained from this visit will serve as a model for the future development of the radiological technology curriculum.
The meeting and laboratory visit took place at Meeting Room 901, 9th Floor, and the Radiological Technology Laboratory, 4th Floor, at the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
