On July 14, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Chotiros Plabplueng, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University, presided over the opening ceremony of the Digital Imaging and PACS Workshop for 17 postgraduate students from the Health Polytechnic of Semarang, Indonesia. The training aims to enhance knowledge and skills in understanding the operation and challenges of medical imaging technologies, PACS systems, and new forms of information systems. Students will also learn to evaluate image acquisition parameters, post-processing techniques, and current trends in medical imaging technologies using various modalities such as Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).

The training is scheduled from July 14th – 21st, 2025, and includes lectures and hands-on practice conducted at lecture rooms 206 (2nd floor), 409 (4th floor), and 316 (3rd floor) of the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University, Salaya campus, as well as the Department of Radiology at the Golden Jubilee Medical Center.
